Bookings through Airbnb are confirmed once the guest completes the booking process and receives a confirmation from Airbnb.
Payment Terms:
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
Accepted payment methods include those provided by Airbnb.
Cancellation Policy:
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival date for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
Modification Policy:
Modifications to bookings can be made, subject to availability and any applicable fees or restrictions.
Guests should contact us via Airbnb to request modifications.
Check-In and Check-Out Times:
Check-in time is at 11:00 AM.
Check-out time is at 3:00 PM.
House Rules:
No pets are allowed on the premises.
Parties or events are not permitted.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
The accommodation cannot safely accommodate children.
Damages and Security Deposits:
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.
A security deposit may be required and will be handled according to Airbnb’s policies.
